This coming Monday, we’ll ‘celebrate’ another national holiday, one that will be celebrated in many homes with BBQs, libations, gatherings of friends and families. It will hailed by businesses as an opportunity for big sales, and by school children as the unofficial beginning of summer.
Unlike many of our national holidays, Memorial Day denotes a somber occasion. On this day, we’re asked to remember those heroes in our armed forces who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving our great country.
We’re honored every day at Senior Care of Sacramento to be able to serve our nation’s Veteran’s and their families. We honor their sacrifice, and the sacrifices of their families and loved ones as they navigate this amazing world, many times into the unknown.
