As caregivers, sometimes we forget we are taking care of someone we love dearly.  Sometimes our vision is tunneled and can only see the symptoms of the condition… we forget this is our mom, dad, wife, husband, brother or sister…someone that has known us since we were born, taught us about the important things in life… I hope that in every moment caregiving I can see past the symptoms and the condition, into the person ive known forever, that I love with all my heart…..  I hope I will stay grateful for the opportunity to spend this time with my loved one… and not be mad that I "have" to, but in a place of acceptance and honor…this poem really touches me deeply, and I hope it does you too.     And, when you need more help, please dont hesitate to call us…. 530-305-8872
